Commercial real estate sales

I have been rehabbing & wholesaling single family houses for about 7 years and appraising commercial real estate for about 10 years. I am getting bored/tired of these activities and have been kicking around the idea of getting into commercial property sales.

I will be honest, my goal is simply to make the most money possible with the least amount of time. I am picturing using my current single-family deal finding skills to list and sell a few high-value commercial properties per year and collect some fat commission checks. I enjoy my current flexibility with basically no boss, short days, and minimal nights/weekends and want to keep this schedule for the most part. Are there any commercial agents around with any comments?
