Buy and hold. It will pay you till the day you die. You also get tax advantages, appreciation, debt amortization, etc. There is no better way to sustainable income than rentals! I don't consider myself "killing it" but I never have to "work" a day in my life. Not bad for someone that started 7 years ago.
