MLS
I want to get a real license just to have access to the MLS. I am an investor and I don't need to be an agent or broker, I just need access to the MLS. Is a real estate license all I need to gain access to the MLS?

"The MLS" doesn't exist. There are really a bunch of local systems. In our area the company is Metrolist, for example. You would typically have to join some RE firm and then sign up for your local MLS system. I think it may be the Oklahoma City Metro Accociation of Realtors (http://okcmar.org/new-member) in your area.
