RE salesperson looking for a broker!

Hello! My name is Jae and I'm a real estate investor and now a real estate salesperson in New York City!

I have been learning about investing for about 7 years and last year, I bought an investment property and rented it out. 

After the experience I became a real estate salesperson because I want to learn more and do more. 

For now I got sponsorship from my friend who is a broker.

I would love some advice from veteran brokers/investors about how to start out in the business.
