Licensed real estate assistant /assistant compensation agreement

I am a newly licensed real estate agent in Ohio.  I am working as an assistant as part of a successful team.  I recently completed my first sale.  My teammate/employer would like us (she and I ) to come up with a compensation plan or a licensed real estate assistant contract.  I would like to hear about what other agents and assistants have in place for compensation and their licensed assistant's contract.  Would anyone be willing to share this info with me?
