Norfolk Virginia Property Manager Needed

Hi BP, I was hoping to get a referral for a property manager in Norfolk Virginia. I have an occupied house in the little creek area and I've been having issues with collecting payments for a while now (my old manager wasn't helping the situation) and I fear I may need to evict at some point soon. Being that I'm in Washington and don't know the law there in VA, I think it's time I reached out for help. Any referrals or companies to steer clear of? Thank you in advance!! RosyB
