For everyone who has asked me about my list of bank asset managers

I cannot in good conscience sell it or give it out as I received it in confidence. I can tell you though it was not as helpful to me as getting on a site like Reuters or Forbes entering the banks ticker symbol & examine the executive staff ie. (Know there profiles execute due diligence in researching) find someone you can relate to contact them from your office's land-line. Professionally explain that you are contacting on behalf of ABC Realty and would like to ask him/her simply which asset manager he/she would recommend you work with.

Sometimes you call once others never answer.

However when you call the asset manager and say hello I am, I just received your # from Mr. Ms. CEO or Director they tend to be slightly more helpful.

Best, Lee
