Licensed salesperson vs none licensed investor

Hi everyone,

I know that in order to become a real estate investor or to flip, real estate license is definitely NOT required. However I’m scheduled for the real estate salesperson license exam next week and for this moment I’m only doing it so I can have the license in my pocket. As of now I’m focusing on finding a good potential properties for flip so if I to become a license soon, can anyone tell me in general, what are my advantage using my license? Does it give you any advantage over none licensed investor

 Thank you
