For all of you agents out there that have had to do your continuing ed... was that not the biggest joke ever???

I opted for the online version, didn't read any of the material, took the exams and passed all of them. In about an hour and twenty minutes. It is supposed to be a 45 hour course.

If the DRE (or whatever governing body you have in your state) thinks this is acceptable, it's no wonder there are so many disputes in RE.

Why is the bar not set higher for RE agents? It can't be ONLY a pumping of the state's coffers thing, can it?
