Payment options for Tenant

Hi everyone,

outside of a tenant sending a check. Are there other options you offer, like a third party option for paying with credit ie (paypal) or a direct bank draft from a checking or savings- looking for ideas/options

I collect 3 post dated checks from my tenants for the next 3 months so I always have a check to deposit on the first. I like to check on my properties each quarter and replace air filters so this is a reminder to do that. I’ve never had a late payment in the five years I have had rentals!
