REAL online real estate brokerage

I was wondering if anyone had any experience or input on REAL? From my limited research I see that it is an online real estate brokerage with zero monthly costs, and an 85/15 commission split. I would assume the support and training wouldn't be nearly as good as if you had joined a local broker. However for fellow investors who have become real estate agents it appears to be a simple way to gain access to the MLS.

What does everyone else think?

Going on 15 years in the business now. Doesn't matter what company they are not going to feed you great leads and just plant money in your pocket with little to no work.

It's not the company.

The people that make 50k a year think a company will make them successful. The agents making mid 6 to seven figures a year in commission knows that success starts with themselves. Granted that is only about 10% of the broker/agents out there. The buyers and sellers go through the broker or agent for the relationship. They typically do not go ( they are with such and such company so I will go with them.)

This is why I do not have any agents by choice currently. I would rather do my own investments  and clients and have the life I want without micro-managing a bunch of agents. I have friends that love that crap. They love managing agents instead of selling and closing deals and more power to them if that floats their boat it's just not my ideal thing to do.

I am not against maybe eventually having a few agents but any of them that make my life more stressful or difficult would be be going bye,bye real quick.
