Prop Manager Liability?
We manage some rental properties for distant owners. One of our tenants trashed a place pretty bad. No physical damage, but let the dogs poop everywhere and ruined the carpet. Owner thinks our professional liability insurance should pay for it since we didn't keep them from trashing it. Any thoughts?

Its just part of the game with rental properties. If the owner doesn't want this sort of problem they need to sell their properties.
