Agent as Investor/Investor as a Agent.
Hello, are there any Realtors on here who are also active investors. I am working on getting my Realtors license and I should have it in less than a month. i just want to know how obtaining your license affected your Real Estate Investing career.

Hi Samuel Odeyemi there are plenty of agents/brokers on BP that are active investors .
My understanding that you must disclose you are an agent whenever you are looking to buy/sell a property from a seller .
There are several advantages that I see .
Access to MLS data
Ability to write your own offers
Ability to earn commissions on your purchase
Ability to save commission on your own properties that you sell .
