How do you really feel about Zillow and Trulia?

So I've thought about this for a long time, and I'm genuinely curious.  Do real estate agents and brokers really hate sites like Zillow and Trulia?  They're my go-to sites for doing initial, preliminary research on a property.  Although I'm fully aware of their imperfections (e.g. I never rely on Zestimates), I still find a LOT of value in them.

But my realtor is constantly telling me that I can't trust anything on those sites.  Whenever I try to comment on something I read on them, she quickly points me to "more accurate" information from her sources.

Don't get me wrong, I love my realtor and feel she brings a TON of value to my REI activities, but it's almost like she feels threatened by Zillow and Trulia, like she's worried she might be replaced by them. Can't agents and these sites co-exist peacefully?

I'd really like to hear input from all you agents and brokers out there.  Thanks!

I have clients that ask me at least twice a week to go see a property they saw on Zillow that is already sold (sometimes up to a year ago) or under contract already.
