Seeking flat fee listings in Las Vegas
I have a couple rentals I am looking to list in Summerlin. I'd like to find just a flat fee mls listing. I am a realtor in Phoenix and licensed in Nevada, but would like to avoid paying realtor and mls dues in Nevada for just selling a couple rentals. I'd appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction or offer any other insight (perhaps just fsbo would work with the way the market is?)
