Ideas on Attracting Builders and Sparking Growth?

Our area has been depressed for quite a while, but recently won several promising bids and quite a number of jobs are coming back to the area.  I'd like to start contacting and locating some builders for some lots I have listed and get some development going.  There are not a ton of builders left in my area and I would like to network to get some eyes on the potential for growth here, especially in the appropriate price ranges.  Any suggestions or builders out there open for a discussion on possibilities?
