I am looking for a reliable Real Estate Agent for Cape Girardeau, MO who is familiar with SFH and multi-unit investments. I have had a couple conversations with agents in the area and it seems as though they are great with typical home buyers but not so much on the investment side. Any references would be greatly appreciated.
