St. Louis Agents

I will be in St Louis for a few days this coming weekend and would like to check out some areas and look at a few multi-unit properties. I'm looking to invest out of state with goal being strong monthly cash flow in stable neighborhoods with potential for appreciation longterm (5-10 years). Looking for agent recommendations to help with the search?

@Alissa Jenkins  One doesn't invest in St. Louis for appreciation.  Focus on cash flow.  Will you look in the city or county (suburbs)?  We found under-managed properties in So City.  They cash flow nicely after liberating the hardwood floors and taking care of some deferred maintenance.
