Agent needed in Martinez / Pleasant Hill CA

Hi BP friends-

Newbie here looking for a recommendation for a top-notch agent to help me and my wife find our next primary residence.  I'm currently living in Hercules, CA and looking for a better school district in the vicinity.  Martinez and Pleasant Hill are the current target areas.

I'm looking for someone who is responsive and technical, able to customize MLS searches for us quickly. I eventually hope to delve into buy and hold investing, but just looking for a good primary right now.
