Greetings folks,

I'm soon to be in the Real Estate game and i'm planning on working exclusively with Sellers and trying to gather listings. I've heard that farming geo areas is the best way to go and I highly doubt my SEO skills will work because I def don't have the resources to out rank the national companies that make money selling leads to realtors like Trulia, Redfin, Zillow, Zippy among others. Has anyone had any luck with marketing to sellers in their area and what are you doing online and offline?

Thanks Tons hope to get some replys.
