PA vs LLC for realtors

Hello, 

I am a new licensed real estate agent in Florida. I am trying to figure out wether or not to incorporate myself as an LLC or a PA ?

For tax benefits which is better ? 

Also, which do I do first EIN, checking account etc ??

Any other recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
