Looking for agent to help sell house in S.Oak Cliff TX
I want to sell one of my rentals in S. Oak Cliff but I don't want to put in on the MLS as I plan to do a refi, if I can't sell it quick. Does anyone work this area and possibly have any owner occuppied buyers looking for their first home? I currently have it rented for $650/mo so an investor may want it as well.
Its a 2bdr 1ba 1 car detached garage, large yard. I would like to get $55k for it and I will do seller concessions.
If anyone would be willing to pass this along or show it, without putting it on the MLS I will pay agent commissions for someone who brings a buyer.
