Hi everyone. I'm new to Bigger Pockets and new to real estate investing. I'm looking to begin investing in buy-and-hold properties in peripheral NYC markets: Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, Upper Manhattan. 

I have significant capital to put down and invest in needed repairs. I've outlined in my profile the types of properties I am seeking.

Let me know if you know any good agents who have off-market deals!
