Hello BP family,

I have been educating myself for a few months now and feel like I'm ready to begin structuring my first deal. I'm interested I'm a small multifamily which I plan to house hack via a 203K loan. What would be the best way to go about finding an agent who is investor friendly our experiences with 203K loans? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I end up saying this frequently, but in my 13 year+ career sometimes there is no substitute for working the phones.  Call brokerages and agents and pepper them with questions.  When's the last time the agent had a buyer that used a 203K?  How many investors do they work with?

I've had hit or miss success calling up and speaking to the broker and asking them to recommend an agent on their roster for me.  You'll make lots of calls, and speak to plenty of people that aren't helpful.  But when you find someone good they just stand out, and you say to yourself "Done! Found 'em".  Good feeling
