I just read this article, an open letter from a Millennial to real estate agents. It is tips for working with Millennials.

Curious how many of you work with that age group, and what you feel about this article?

Since I am in this age group I would say the majority of my clients are in this age group. I enjoy working with them and helping them find their first homes. Some are cautions about getting into too much debt because of the student loans they already have. Others just want to stop renting from "the man". They want to be in cool hip downtown neighborhoods or in a nice suburb still close to town and things to do.  Sometimes you are not just selling to your clients but their parents as well. Many times the parents will accompany their kids to see the homes and no detail ever goes unnoticed in the house with that many sets of eyes.

Most of my clients are aware that we buy and rehab properties to rent or sell and follow us on facebook and always comment on our projects. They see me as a valuable resource when finding their home and ask me for ideas on updating homes they are looking at. I think this helps set me apart from the average realtor as you have to be familiar with pinterst and different idea sites like this.
