Hello fellow BPers!

My question is for the former real estate students. I would like to know more about Real Estate schools. I've been doing my research online but it left me a little bit more confused than before. First question is, does it make a difference if you take your real estate courses online or in a classroom? Also, if I get my Real Estate license here in PA and I move to another state like Georgia or Florida, will I have to take a test again for that state?

Please share any good/bad experiences you've had with any Real Estate schools. What should I be looking for when deciding on a school and any suggestions if any.

All feedback will be greatly appreciated!
