I can't find a real estate agent that is interested in helping me. I have been a landlord in the past, but am now interested in flipping. I have spoken with several agents that just don't seem to be interested in helping me locate properties. Is there something I am missing? It seems to me like it would be easy money for them. Help me find a house to buy and then help me sell it when I finish the rehab. Commission on the buy and commission on the sale. Again, what am I missing??

My experience tells me that most "licensed professionals" don't want to work hard. To them investors are hard work for them. I think the gentleman above stated some of that.

It is better trying to find off market deals. The owner saves money because there is no realtor, you save money because there is no realtor, there is no negotiating through two realtors that don't have any skin in the game.
