AT WHAT POINT SHOULD MY AGENT KNOW I'M GOING TO ASSIGN A PROPERTY
Most agents won't do assignments only because they don't know about them or they think they are illegal why?

Are you working with an agent trying to contract properties off the MLS then wholesale those? You should have had that discussion right up front. If you didn't, the agent probably thinks you're actually going to buy something.
