Looking for Investor/Rehab knowledgeable Agent - Philly

My business partner and I are looking to start checking out properties for our first rehab/flip. We both own buy & hold rental properties, however want to also expand business and increase cash reserves.

We have had trouble finding knowledgable realtors that understand what we are trying to do as well as be responsive when it comes to getting us info (we are ready to buy and pull the trigger, but agent in the past took too long and deal is under contract).

Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking in the greater Philly area - Manayunk, East Falls, Conshohocken, King of Prussia, Main Line, and West Chester.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
