What Automation and software makes you more efficient?

Question

I believe it's well proven that automation and systems not only help us keep our sanity but help us increase production exponentially.

I'm curious as to what software programs and automation fellow agents are using to make their business more efficient.

Please provide what automation you couldn't live with out and why!

Using and running a CRM is what you need to help the business you have in real estate grow. The automation is helpful to the emails that you send to the text, this is all nice to have along with great drip emails for birthdays, reminders in escrow, and much more.

our entire platform is microsoft based and using everything integrated - while not technically all automation it is a game changer - especially when using powerautomate. For automation we also use make.com, zapier as well as go high level as a CRM to name a few

Hey @Blake McWilliams, I'm not super techy so this isn't cutting edge but QuickBooks Online, Zapier, MailChimp, and Fathom/Fireflies are a few that come to mind that make my life easier.

Totally agree. Automation and systems are key if you want to stay sane and grow your business at the same time. The one tool I couldn’t live without is QuickBooks Online. It gives me a clear view of where every dollar is going, which is huge when you're juggling multiple deals or properties. Transactions sync automatically from the bank, and once you set up a few rules, it saves a ton of time. I also love that you can track income and expenses by project or property, which helps you actually understand your numbers instead of guessing. It connects with other tools too, which keeps everything streamlined. QuickBooks isn’t just helpful for taxes — it helps you make smarter decisions throughout the year.

In our company, we use Propertyware, it helps us Streamlined Tenant & Owner Communication  (Automated reminders, emails, and notifications keep everyone informed without the back-and-forth)
 Online Payments & Accounting (Rent collection, late fee enforcement, and financial reporting are all automated, saving hours of work)
Maintenance Tracking ( Work orders, vendor management, and approvals are all handled in one place.

It is also an amazing platform to generate reports of any kind. Help a lot!
