Hello Guys

I want to get into listings, been doing buyers for the last 7+ years and I think it is time to get into listings but I how can I start building my listings pipeline?

I am good at Tik Tok ads and Facebook ads, this works for buyers but not sure what works best for listings. I want someone who knows and is doing marketing for listings and its working for me to give me advice if possible it would be highly appreciated.

I agree with Bruce. You have to be purposeful, but it's the best method of building business.

Make a list of 50 people that know, like, and trust you. These are people that you believe would give you a good reference when they come across someone looking to buy or sell.

Contact each of these people at least once a month. If able, speak to them face-to-face at their work, your kids soccer game, church, whatever. Make small talk, learn about them, show you are truly interested in them as a friend. On the third month, ask them if they know anyone looking to buy or sell and that you are looking for referrals. Do this every month for a year.

If done well, you should get an average of one referral per person. Some may give 2-3, while others give none. Add new people to your list every year, rinse and repeat.
