I’m a Army Vet and Real Estate Agent

As a vet I would love to help other vets out. I am also a real estate agent and I was wondering if there are any associations or something similar that I could join to become a real estate agent specializing in VA Loans so I can help my fellow vets. Thanks!

That is the best track for agents who are veterans because you will understand more about buying when deployed and the transient nature of ownership if you are still in so this is smart. You want to partner with the VA lodges in the area for sure and you will end up doing home buyer seminars, home selling, or investing ones as well. You want to find a lender who specializes in VA loans and learn the ins and outs because most vets think it only applies to one house when it does not.
