How do i get access to NYS MLS data automatically?

HI, if i want to be able to pull all listings for New York State MLS data how would i do so?

Residential? 
Commercial ? 

Sales ?

Rentals? 

So i can take in automatically all of the listings into our database

You will have to talk to your Local MLS, they should have a feed that you can provide to your database engineer, pretty much the same way Zillow gets all the MLS data. The feed you want to ask for is an IDX data feed.
