MLS Only Brokers

Hello everyone,

I'm pretty new to BP so hopefully I am posting this in the correct spot. Hoping to get a little advice on where to hang my real estate license.

I've had my license for a few year with a broker that decided they only wanted full time agents working for them so they dropped me. I've been a member of SDAR(san diego association of realtors) as well. I have my license mainly for MLS access as well as access to distressed properties and eventually to List my own rehabs. I don't do very many transactions so it's hard to justify spending the money every year on Realtor Dues. Curious if there are any MLS only brokers on BP or agents that have a license under one, and what your thoughts are on it. Any help would be awesome.

thanks,

Nick
