Hi Real Estate Professionals

Does anyone have experience serving as a court-appointed receiver for residential income producing properties? I would love to hear some feedback on this subject… how to get started? Who hires you in the legal process? Is this effort to secure new business worth making?

Let’s talk!!

Thanks

Perry
