You focused on leads? Or selling houses?
"smart agents dont just hope and pray their new strategies will pay off"... That quote identifys with many agents in the market, there are so many different ways to get your leads, but from my perspective it seems absord that a person should waste such a big amount of time on something that is not his primary skill. Agents should be focused on what they do best, SELL HOUSES TO PEOPLE. Because this is what they are best at. Being uncertine on you lead stategy wether you will be able to get leads or not is not a way to grow. if an agent found a consisted way to generate X leads, follow up with them automaticly and put them in the right sales funnel he is promised to grow his income. what are your thoughts?? let me know!
