Third party painting quotes for your clients budgeting purposes

Had a quick question for the agents. I work for a painting company and estimate/execute jobs for customers moving into new homes.

My questions for the realtors is the following. During the home purchasing process, I am assuming your clients are looking into the potential costs of renovations once they get into their new home. I know it is a big part of my customers budgeting process.

Do you think that your customers would benefit from a 3rd party estimator that can give them a very good idea of what the cost of these things would be should they purchase the home. This way not only do they have a good idea of what to expect, but can also protect against them being price gouged when they are ready to discuss estimates with local contractors.

It wouldnt be a large cost, figure $25-50 for the breakdown depending on what they would like estimate. Simple process, quick turnaround. It is something I have considered doing since I specialize in exactly what your customers are planning and feel it would be a huge benefit that would end up paying for itself. I would be able to tailor it to your locality as well.

Looking forward to hearing if this is of interest. Happy to discuss my background, numbers and accuracy as well.
