Aspiring Real Estate agent looking for potential Broker sponsor

Hello,

 I am an aspiring REA looking for a potential broker who could sponsor me in the Chicagoland area. I currently work in the oilfield and I am away from home 2 weeks at a time. I know this makes things a bit more challenging, however I was wondering if anyone is, or knew of a broker who would be willing to help me on my path to fully transition away from the oilfield and become a full-time real estate agent. Is it even possible, or have real estate agents been able to do this before? I work roughly 200 hours in 2 weeks so I am no stranger to hard work or long hours. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
