Looking for a great investor-friendly Realtor in Dothan, AL

Hi everyone! I currently have a Realtor I work with, and have purchased 3 homes with them in the last 3 years. However, I'm finding that they aren't really investor-friendly and don't even bring me deals that I'm finding on the MLS. Sooooo, looking to you guys for some great recommendations for a Realtor in Dothan, AL or the Wiregrass, in general. Our next buy will probably happen in early 2023 so I have some time to find someone fantastic!!! Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Sometimes if clients aren't actively buying or selling I won't go out of my way to send them deals. Also if I feel they are not actually motivated to act on a deal I send them I would rather not send it to them.

Maybe a better option would be to communicating to your current realtor that you want them to be actively looking for you and sending you on market deals. If they don't know this is an expectation of yours they have no way of fulfilling it.

If you still want to look for another one after that, we have agents in by brokerage all over the country that are investor friendly I'm sure I could help out.

We have since moved back to Dothan and now I am an investor-friendly Realtor! I also offer boots-on-the-ground services to others who need a local team member. I look forward to helping other investors achieve their goals!
