Rewarding an excellent agent

Hello!
Yesterday I completed the sale of a long-distance rental and could only have maneuvered the complexity of the city's process and title difficulties with my truly excellent real estate agent. I would like to reward her with a tip and am wondering what would be appropriate. A gift certificate to a nice restaurant? If extra money, how much would be appropriate?
Her team also did some finishing touches on the rehab (such as arranging for the repair of a broken toilet and AC unit). For a base point, her commission was $3000.
Regards,
Danny

#1.  Make sure you leave great reviews on Zillow, Google, angi, and Redfin.

#2.  Gas cards these days are always appreciated.

#3.  Restaurant is good two.....$200 might be nice.

#4.  GoPro Camera would be super nice.....we all need to make more videos.

#5.  Some kind of photo drone....we probably need to make more drone shots too.

You are #1......while we do earn a commission, sometimes we save our clients thousands and thousands of dollars and save them lots of headaches.   I never expect more, but you know who get's the 1st call back of the day....YOU.....if I got a nice bonus.
