New real estate agent/investor seeking advice

Antonio Villao
Posted

Hello everybody, I'm new to the investing/BP Forum world and i recently just got my real estate license in the Tampa, FL area. I wanted to ask everybody what are some key things that investors should/do look for in an agent. I plan on investing myself within the next few months and i plan on using an agent to help me as i am so new to the investing/agent world. More specially im looking to househack a small multifamily property. Any tips would be helpful in this regard thank you in advance for your help!
