Original Listing Ideas

I'm looking for some original ideas to get the phone ringing for listings.  In the past I have used things like "I will sell your house in 30 days or you don't have to pay my commission". Obviously that isn't effective right now lol.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Or if you know of any resources or mastermind groups etc.
