Discouraged agent in central Ohio

Hey BP fam , I am a little over 6 months into being a real estate agent and I am pretty discouraged. I know I have not been putting in the amount of work I can. I was wondering how some agents that work other jobs maintain to put in a meaningful amount of work to drive business. I know about social media but I feel like I don't have much to post about especially because I am not doing real estate activities often. Any feedback or advice is welcomed and appreciated.
