How to become a real estate agent

So my only experience is in physical therapy as a career and I think it would be in my best interest to be able to lean the most being immersed in real estate all day long. I read and listen it podcasts but I need more. My goal is to have my investment properties cash flow take the place of my w2 job.

What are the steps and websites I need to go to to become a real estate agent? I live in CA and I would like to complete it online!
