New Investor in Real Estate

Hey everyone I’m new to the real estate investing scene and would really like some help on how to wholesale if possible. I’ve been told this is a rough time to get into this due to the market, but I would still like to learn. If anyone has any tips/trades on this please let me know. I would also like to reintegrate that I’m not specifically asking for any mentors just some simple help along the road. I’m trying to do this with the help of YouTube right now and I feel it would be more efficient to ask someone who has been doing this for a while.
