Starting out in Seattle area - Kirkland
Hey everyone! My name is Sean Hayes and I'm just getting started on my real estate journey. I'm in the Seattle area living in Kirkland, WA. I have a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children and my dream is to improve our lives and future and set my children up for success. A lot of the properties on the MLS I'm finding around here just do not pencil out at this point. I'm going to start door knocking this next week or two and see if that works.
