Best Markets to Start Investing

Hey everyone I am a 20 yr/old graduating college senior and just accepted a remote job offer for a big IT company making 6 figures a year. I've always wanted to invest in Real Estate and have had a few mentors while in college. Now that I have a remote position I am looking to move and house hack my first property. I don't have two years of work experience so I am worried about qualifying for a loan, but I would love suggestions on where I should move and get started in Real Estate with my current restraints.
