Hey Everyone,

I am very much new to everything and have been trying to read and get educated as much as possible. I currently live in Kalispell, MT 30 minutes from Glacier National Park and 10 Minutes from Whitefish,Mt Ski resort. I come from Ohio where the market is amazing but living in my area of Montana is incredibly hard to purchase a home. There is a lot of money in this area as many people live here for the summers + a lot of people have moved here post-covid from California. I would love to get started in real estate whether that is owner-occupied, multi-family or anything to get my feet wet. I would have to lean into an investor to get started but really looking to hear where to start in an area like mine? What would your approach be with the experience you have? I am looking to be led while doing the work that needs to happen.

Agreed, except I'd get a USDA 0% down loan, since it's a rural area.
