Snohomish County - Question to Investors
My name is Carlos. I live in Snohomish County- Marysville, WA. I'm new to Wholesaling. I'm very eager to find deals, not just for myself but GOOD deals for investors (fix and flippers). My only struggle is figuring out what at what prices (Discount % / Profit %) are investors in my area looking for and wanting to buy.
