New llc owner (receiving government assistance)

Good day hope all is well! I recently obtained my LLC after the stimulus checks were put out. I wanted to spend my stimulus money wisely so I decided to invest in myself and start a LLC. Llc (a) I own and llc (b) llc (a) Owens. I will be doing business under LLC b. I haven't done anything with the business as of yet. After I received my SS4 form I noticed my Social Security was on both of them. I was extremely confuse so I contacted a accountant. I was under the impression that LLC (b) would be under LLC (a) ein number. After contacting the accountant the accountant informed me any money made under the LLC's is technically considered my money, and will go under my ss# at tax time. This is not good because who's to say the business does good for the first couple of months then I lose my housing help I am receiving. And then after the first couple of months the business goes belly up. I have a kiddo who has 15 medical diagnosis and I can't afford to lose housing assistance without having adequate residual income. How do I get off the help with out losing it before I'm financially ready.
